OREM holding
is an investment management company the goal of which is to establish and develop an international network of real estate services agencies in active geographical markets.
On the basis of the OREM operating in Lithuania a business model has been developed, experience has been gained; a data base of objects and projects has been created. OREM Holding is ready to apply its competences in any investment-attractive country.
It is planned in 2008 to establish four more real estate agencies within the OREM Holding companies’ network in the regions of East Europe.
For 2009 it is planned to expand the international real estate agencies’ network up to ten structural units.
