2007 Real estate review in Lithuania
Our goal is to establish the market value of real estate or a business in an objective and impartial manner. Our property assessment reports are recognised by all commercial banks of Lithuania and financial institutions. We assess real estate taking into consideration its maximal use. We have a qualification certificate issued by the Lithuanian Audit, Accounting and Property Assessment Institute which allows us to run property and business assessment activities. We are members of the Lithuanian Association of Property and Business Assessment Companies.
